Ultra-microwave Digestion Instrument

Based on microwave digestion principles, the Super Microwave Digestion Instrument uses microwaves to generate rapid molecular vibration and friction heating between samples and solvents in sealed vessels, enabling fast sample dissolution, oxidative decomposition of organic matter, and conversion of inorganic substances into ionic states. The magnetron converts electrical energy into high-frequency microwave energy (2450MHz), forming 360° uniform coverage inside the cavity to avoid local overheating or incomplete digestion in traditional methods. Compared with conventional heating, the digestion speed is increased by 5–8 times.
